About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver the integrated marketing plan for all brands in the TTI Consumer Division across ANZ. Leading a team of 2 Brand Managers and 1 Assistant Brand Manager, you'll drive key business outcomes through media planning, brand campaigns, sales initiatives, and content strategies.

This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity meets commercial acumen-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Based in Mount Waverley, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure our marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary marketing team to deliver campaigns across all channels
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business priorities
• Oversee A&P budgets and media planning with a strong focus on ROI
• Manage agency relationships and ensure compelling brand propositions
• Drive sales initiatives, redemptions programs, and always-on content strategies
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to optimise audience targeting and media investment
• Analyse market trends and campaign performance to inform decision-making

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience managing a portfolio of brands and media planning across digital and traditional channels
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data to drive outcomes
• Experience managing agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with CRM systems, digital platforms, and analytics tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
