We are seeking an experienced full time Senior Account Executive (Marketing Specialist). Salary is $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our clients.

- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

- Oversee the management and budgeting of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

- Drive and optimize key revenue metrics including CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROI.

- Manage, guide, and train the digital team to reach the company's and clients' goals.

- Analyze and report on performance metrics to leadership and provide strategic plans for improvement and growth.

- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

- Manage and optimize the customer journey, utilizing a deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and segmentation.

The applicant should have the following qualifications and experience:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or other relevant discipline

- A minimum of 1 year full time experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
