As a
Property Operations Technician
(Shift Engineer), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of mechanical services and refrigerationacross our property. You will complete field inspections, trouble shoot in the event of building faults and make applicable recommendation to the Property Operations Leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of machinery, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all work performed, adhering to strict quality and safety protocols
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

What are we looking for:

• Recognised mechanical trade qualification
• Proven experience in maintenance, and repairs in a commercial or industrial setting
• Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in fault diagnostics
• Ability to identify hazards and risks and provide appropriate control measures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required

With your extensive experience as a Shift Engineer within a commercial setting, deep understanding of machinery, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to health & safety, you're set to thrive in our Property Operations team.
