Job Description:

As an Activity Development Leader, you'll be at the heart of that mission — shaping and executing in-store activations that make our brands impossible to ignore. Whether it's a bite-sized promotion or a full-scale segment activation, you'll turn strategy into action, driving engagement, visibility, and conversion across the shopper journey.
 

You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Activation and Marketing teams to ensure every activation aligns beautifully with brand strategy, leverages our distinctive brand assets, and delivers genuine value to our retail partners. This is your chance to represent the voice of the customer and the shopper, influencing future strategies that strengthen our retail partnerships and boost business growth.
 

What are we looking for?

  • A graduate degree and experience in a blue-chip FMCG or consumer goods environment, ideally within Sales, Category, or Marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into impactful activation plans that drive mutual success for both Mars and our customers.
  • A confident, solutions-focused professional who can influence, negotiate, and problem-solve with resilience and positivity.
  • Strong project management skills — you know how to align stakeholders, hit milestones, evaluate results, and apply learnings for continuous improvement.
  • Solid commercial acumen and understanding of the sales cycle, innovation processes, and how to connect brand ambition with business impact.
     

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Own and deliver your segment's activation plan — bringing our brand portfolio to life in-store, driving availability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead activations from idea to execution, ensuring each project lands successfully, post-launch insights are captured, and improvements are built into future plans.
  • Align every activation with brand strategy and Mars' distinctive assets to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
  • Collaborate across Sales and CBU teams, integrating activities into S&OP+ processes and making trade-offs that balance short- and long-term goals.
