About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and supporting the financial health of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile billing statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and financial records.
  • Support the month-end billing and reporting process.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and data integrity.
  • Handle customer billing queries in a professional and timely manner.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
