Due to a period of growth and transformation, our client, a national multi-site, for-purpose organisation, is seeking an experienced  Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment during a busy period. This is a fast-paced, 2-3-month contract role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and provide candidate recommendations.
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

About You:

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume environment such as retail, aged care or education.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and
