The Role

Due to continued growth across our Australian offices, Omega 365 is seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our team. This newly established role will provide vital administrative support to the Business Support Manager and Recruitment team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Manager, including updating templates, processes, and maintaining company records and databases.
  • Draft, format, and distribute business documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the Recruitment team with reference checks, onboarding documentation, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Be the first point of contact for candidate and contractor queries, delivering a professional and positive experience.
  • Arrange travel and prepare visa documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement.
  • Assist with coordinating staff events, workshops, and training sessions.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong knowledge of office systems, procedures, and record-keeping practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration (advantageous but not essential).
