Responsible for administration tasks, supporting sales and business development for our Site Delivery Solutions (SDS) team.

The Role

Supporting the administrative needs of the SDS team

Timekeeping support for SDS staff for accounting of hours, utilization etc

Travel arrangements for SDS staff

Visas arrangements for SDS staff

Maintaining the SDS Travel library: personnel details, certifications, training records, certificates etc

Collect vendors invoices, code and allocate in Basware

Assist Director, Site Delivery Solutions with reporting

Process documentation maintenance

Training database management

Project database management

Furnace database management

Personnel database management

Onboarding for SDS Staff

Supplier setup support

Purchasing support

Sales lead generation for future activities at customer plant

Travel and significant time on site required

Train and mentor less senior personnel

Positively impact the Health and Safety Culture of the team

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Essential

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with various types of office-based software.

5 years + office-based experience in a manufacturing, mining, shutdown, project or heavy industry environment.

Demonstrated experiences in supporting team members to achieve common goals

Process driven mindset

Ability to work in and make a positive and professional contribution to a team environment.

Well-developed presentation skills, oral and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills
