The Opportunity & How You Will Make An Impact.
As a Senior Team Administrator, every day is different You will proactively support the Regional Director and the Perth Planning team. You'll make an impact by:
- Coordinating regional events, meetings & conferences that create great experiences.
- Proactively managing emails, calendars & meeting schedules, and acting as a key point of contact for core stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including preparing, formatting and collating reports, tenders and presentations to help deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Supporting project managers with their project needs, including running inquiries and generating reports.
- Managing financial operations including invoicing, tracking budgets, expense reports and billing to support operational efficiency.

- Capability in project coordination, including progress tracking, reporting and invoicing.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in project | business management systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills, working autonomously and efficiently to meet business needs.
