About The Role
CSR is seeking a commercially minded
Finance Analyst
to join our high-performing team in
Wetherill Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business, providing critical financial insights and driving continuous improvement in performance and reporting.

As a trusted advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making, managing financial controls, and delivering accurate, timely reporting across Sales, Logistics, GTCs, and Overheads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic decision support.
  • Deliver timely, actionable insights through monthly performance reporting.
  • Identify performance gaps and support improvement initiatives.
  • Review rebate claims and balances for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Manage month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Monitor Capital WIP, set up IOs, and perform asset capitalisations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with rigorous processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with CSR policies and accounting standards.
  • Prepare capital expenditure requests and working capital analysis.
  • Drive process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, building, or construction industries (preferred).
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improvement.
