We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team based in Sydney. In this role, you will support the Senior Accountant, the Group Finance Team and collaborate with the business and its Managers providing support aligned with the growth of the company.

This role will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information, monthly reporting and analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting on financial aspects of the business and provide process improvements and recommendations where required.

This role will be a great fit for someone that has high level accounting capability with a proven background in operational business planning, inventory management experience, driven with an ability to consult and build relationships across an organisation, someone not afraid to work on different systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel skills is essential;
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills;
- Experience with different ERP and accounting systems;
- A strong communicator with the ability to build good working and partnering relationships;
- Outstanding negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organisational skills.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
