About the Role

Join our Account Management team as a SaaS Account Manager Intern and cultivate strong relationships with our business clients. This internship offers practical experience in customer engagement, account operations, and commercial growth strategies, providing insights into delivering value to SaaS customers across their lifecycle. Ideal for students or recent graduates seeking to build skills in client management, sales, and the SaaS sector.

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, assisting with inquiries and ensuring timely responses to client needs.
  • Support the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assist in monitoring account health, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Participate in regular client meetings and business reviews, helping to prepare reports and presentations on account status, product usage, and business outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product or process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, contracts, and account activities

About You

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Internship experience or coursework in commercial lending of business finance is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of Australian commercial lending landscape
  • Willingness to work towards relevant finance or broking certifications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
