Since 2002, our Kelso facility has been producing over 70 crumb varieties for commercial customers across New Zealand and Australia. We also offer complete coating systems including pre-mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles.

About the Role:

Position: Production Operator

Schedule: Monday to Thursday – 12-hour shifts (day or night)

We offer full training — no prior experience required You'll be involved in:

  • Measuring and mixing ingredients
  • Operating machinery and monitoring processes
  • Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For – Essential Criteria:

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical

Basic math skills

Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic

Enthusiastic, energetic attitude

Alignment with our core values: Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community

Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures

Desirable Skills – A Bonus, But Not Essential:

  • Current LF Forklift License (would be an advantage)
  • HR Truck License
  • Experience in Health & Safety
  • Basic computer skills
  • Background in the food industry
