Full-time | Immediate Start | Mixed Farm

Looking for a farmhand for a family-run mixed farm enterprise located just 10 minutes from Bathurst in the Central Tablelands. Operations include prime lambs, wool, hay production and cropping.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Farm Hand to join our team. This role offers variety across livestock work, cropping, and general farm maintenance — ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and taking initiative.


Key Responsibilities
  • Livestock handling and general stockwork
  • Fencing, repairs, and property maintenance
  • Operation of farm machinery (including boomspray, harvest, and haymaking equipment)
  • Spot spraying and weed management
Skills & Experience
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar farm role (essential)
  • Reference for previous experience (essential)
  • Right to work in Australia (essential)
  • ChemCert qualification (preferred)

Working Conditions & Pay
