About the Opportunity

Join our Stormwater Maintenance Team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving Gawler's stormwater infrastructure. Your work will ensure effective water flow management while minimizing environmental impacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on stormwater drains, culverts, and associated infrastructure.
  • Monitor stormwater systems for compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to weather-related incidents, implementing effective solutions.
  • Assist in planning and delivering minor infrastructure projects.
  • Operate machinery and tools required for maintenance tasks.

About You

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality services to the community.

You will have

  • Experience in civil maintenance, drainage, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of stormwater systems and their environmental importance.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A current MR Driver's License.
  • A White Card and relevant safety training (desirable).
