About the Role

This is an entry-level consulting pathway role. You'll start by providing administrative support, but the right candidate can progress into a consultant position with direct client interaction and technical responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and lodging mining-related reports and applications
  • Maintaining accurate records in our in-house systems
  • Liaising with clients and government departments
  • Supporting consultants with client support and compliance tasks
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years' prior office administration experience (essential)
  • Full Australian working rights (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, "switched on" attitude and the ability to learn quickly
  • An interest in developing a long-term career in consulting

This role is not mining site work – it is a professional services role based in our Perth CBD office.
