The Lucky Hotel is an award-winning venue with a strong food, beverage, gaming and accommodation offering.

Our food offering was recently highly commended at the AHANSW Hospitality awards for pub dining, and we are looking to build on that success.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Chef de Partie. As the Chef de Partie, you will report to the Head Chef of the Venue. You will also support the Head Chef on day to day operations of the kitchen. You will also have the opportunity to have input in menu creations.
