Shift Supervisor/Manager/team member

Looking for long term employees
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, which may include other staff members on shift. Able to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends. Must also show exceptional customer service, cooking and food prep, ensuring a clean and organised restaurant is maintained.
- Meeting and greeting guests;
- Taking orders;
- Clearing tables;
- Packing take-away orders;
- Setting up kitchen for service, including the preparation of all items on the menu; and
- Cooking chicken and other items on the menu;
The successful candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills;
- A positive, punctual and professional approach;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to juggle ten things at once;
- Strict adherence to all company policies including all food handling and safety procedures;
- Immaculate personal grooming and presentation; and
- A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile
Hours are negotiable and flexible
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
