Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Uniform Group' in Craigieburn. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock deliveries
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain the warehouse and storage areas in a clean, safe, and organised manner
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and cycle counts
• Retail Van Deliveries - loading and uploading required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail distribution environment
• Current Forklift Licence
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
