We are seeking a dynamic HSEQ Supervisor to lead and manage our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality compliance programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet and exceed industry standards, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and system implementation.

• Oversee and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and manage HSEQ systems aligned with ISO Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO Environment).
• Lead the development and rollout of new HSEQ systems and processes.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Provide training and support to staff on HSEQ matters.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of safety and quality.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 standards.
• Demonstrated success in setting up and implementing new systems.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence others.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage teams effectively.
