Who are we looking for?

We seek a passionate and driven Constructability / Scheduler based in our Sydney office. The successful candidate will support the business in project delivery on a wide variety of infrastructure projects. Clear communication skills and enjoyment working in a team environment are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop construction program in Primavera P6

  • Assist in developing construction methodologies and sequencing strategies that align with project objectives and site constraints

  • Identify and resolve problems associated with construction scheduling work

  • Review of construction plans, identifying potential construction challenges and proposing solutions

About you

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction with a strong background in project delivery and site operations.

  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure / civil projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, sequencing, and logistics.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on producing clear and concise technical reports

  • Demonstrates a high-level understanding of the common principles, terms, procedures and practices of construction scheduling
