Beginning Boutique is searching for a strategic, design-forward, and digitally proficient Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative execution across all customer-facing touchpoints.

This role is about much more than just design—it's about creative leadership, process systemisation, and driving commercial impact. You'll collaborate with the Creative Director to interpret the brand's visual roadmap, execute major campaigns, mentor junior designers, and ensure all assets—from paid ads to email layouts—are best-in-class, consistent, and performance-driven.

We're looking for someone experienced in digital retail/fashion, an expert with Adobe Suite and Figma, and the ability to not only create stunning visuals but also build the workflows and systems that allow a Creative team to scale and operate.

What You'll Be Responsible For :
  • Oversee and execute design for key touchpoints including email, paid media, website, in store and social platforms.
  • Lead the design for major campaigns and product launches, ensuring strong visual strategy and compelling storytelling.

  • Maintain and elevate brand standards across all regions and channels.

  • Provide creative direction and coaching to junior team members and freelancers, reviewing and approving their work.

  • Establish file naming conventions, asset libraries, and templates to build a streamlined, consistent team workflow.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with eComm, Marketing, Social, and PR teams to ensure all creative assets align with content calendars, commercial objectives, and strategy.


What We're Looking For :
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design (retail or fashion preferred).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma.
  • Proven experience with performance-driven creative (EDM, paid ads, web assets).
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and typographic skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions
