The Role

Conveniently located in Teneriffe, you'll enjoy a fulfilling full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. In this position, you will:

  • Maintain existing websites and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop new websites, expanding our online presence with both existing and new businesses.
  • Manage our online presence, including social media, website content, and overall digital footprint.
  • Implement innovative online business concepts and execute improvements to our digital channels.
  • Conduct thorough testing across browsers and mobile devices to ensure smooth user experiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to make informed web design choices.
  • Contribute to front-end design with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bring a passion and flair for SEO, striving to maximize reach and make an impact with new businesses.
Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in website design and development (WordPress, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, PHP)
  • Intermediate graphic design skills
  • General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in testing features across multiple browsers and mobile devices
  • Ability to manage and develop email campaigns
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison
  • Front-end design experience
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices with a demonstrated ability to increase site visibility
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Desired

  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Java, and MySQL
  • Familiarity with payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe
  • Experience with Adobe XD
  • Experience in page speed optimization and improving high-traffic sites
