This is truly a rare opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join a progressive company in an hands-on role, and be part of a friendly, inclusive and solution-focused team. **About the Role** As the company’s **Marketing Coordinator**, you will take a leading role in planning and executing all branding, communication and marketing tactics including but not limited to campaigns, promotions (on and offline) and our e-commerce website. Along with coordinating our Graphic Designer’s schedule and managing external providers, you will also be the primary point of contact for all things "marketing", so no two days will be the same Your main responsibilities will include: - Manage annual marketing calendar and ensure all planned activities are delivered - Create compelling and market-leading copy and content for our website, EDM’s and collateral. - Build our brands and ensure all collateral and touch-points are on-brand. - Initiate, execute and deliver effective campaigns, sales tools and promotions (including EDM’s, printed Buyer’s Guide, Product Flyers etc.) - Manage company website and SEO - Manage social media, customer feedback and reviews - Report on results, and share insights and recommendations on how to improve **About You** You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and think outside the box while being agile and adaptable. You will have a passion for learning new cutting-edge tools, trends, and processes in the marketing world. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative and outcome-focused environment. Does that describe you? Then we would like to hear from you Your required skills and experience include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin and similar - 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role - Proficient written communication and creative writing skills - Strong organisational skills, self-motivated and excellent attention-to-detail - Project management experience, and ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO and Google Analytics - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders - Team player willing to assist in all areas of the business **Reward** **Sounds Exciting?
