Your new role

  • Providing friendly, professional service at the front counter and over the phone
  • Managing local warehouse inventory, including stock checks and internal transfers
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Handling customer returns and coordinating with the returns team
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Supporting general office duties including filing and order processing

What you'll need to succeed

  • Mandatory Forklift Licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or warehouse operations
  • Experience in face-to-face customer interaction and stock management (preferred)
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences
