Project Lead
Job description:
Your career in healthcare made personal
At Medibank we've recently unified our health services under one brand –
Amplar Health.
With over 1000 employees, our nurses, GPs and other amazing allied health professionals our focus is on improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.
The Opportunity
Amplar Health delivers integrated healthcare services nationally, partnering with government and non-government clients. With over 3 million annual interactions across Telehealth, Homecare, and preventive programs, we ensure accessible, high-quality care.
As Project Lead, you'll drive continuous improvement and lead initiatives that meet contractual obligations, introduce new care models, enhance operational efficiency, and develop innovative solutions for current and future client needs.
Day to day this role will see you:
- Identify process and governance gaps, and implement commercially focused, creative solutions.
- Deliver project outcomes and support product development.
- Coordinate project tasks and collaborate with stakeholders to embed improved processes.
- Advise senior leaders and relationship managers on implementing new processes.
- Monitor KPIs post-delivery and recommend strategies to boost performance and efficiency.
- Take time to recharge-whether it's a walking meeting, lunchtime gym class, or a meditation break.
At Amplar, we prioritise health and wellbeing through flexible work and continuous improvement. There are no mandated office days-you're free to choose where you work best, with in-person attendance only required for team days and events.
What do we need from you?
You'll bring strong health industry experience and commercial acumen. Project management is ideal, but experience in product design or service implementation is highly valued. Confident and credible, you'll advise and influence senior stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive outcomes. You'll manage multiple priorities independently and need to be comfortable working autonomously in doing this.
Excited by this opportunity? Submit your application today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare.
Applications close Wednesday, 10th of September
