Are you a dynamic, creative, and highly organised individual with a flair for creating unforgettable events?

If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior Events Coordinator position – complete with quarterly commission incentives.

We're currently seeking two Senior Events Coordinators to join our vibrant team at the following locations:

  • Oatlands
  • Lilyfield

The Role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and different departments to develop successful events.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end event planning process with our clients.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Undertake and coordinate the styling and effective delivery of assigned events, in alignment with customer expectations and requirements.
  • Reviewing team workflows, staff scheduling, and client assignments.
  • Overseeing, managing, and executing events that align with specific timeframes, budgets, briefs, and company objectives.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve Coordination targets.
  • Flexible schedule required, including working one weekend day per week.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of event coordination in Hospitality or Sales & Customer service.
  • Vibrant, outgoing individual who can infuse passion, fun and creativity into every event they coordinate and has exceptional customer service skills.
  • A strong history in event sales / coordination with a high conversion rate for inquiries
  • Excellent knowledge of the events market, including relevant sales, styling, trends and logistics experience.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Small team management experience (desirable)
  • CRM experience (desirable)
