The role

Located within the award-winning Crown Towers, Crown Spa offers guests a new level of luxury with tranquil surrounds, elegant décor, and private pampering suites. We're currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Massage Therapists to join our team and deliver elevated wellness experiences in a five-star environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform a variety of massage treatments including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, pregnancy massage, and body treatments such as wraps and scrubs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Crown's five-star standards
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base, offering personalised advice and home care product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment

About you

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience delivering therapeutic and deep tissue massages in a hotel or day spa setting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team environment
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, Part time 4 days a week, including weekends and public holiday

Required

  • Diploma of Remedial Massage
  • Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
