We are looking for a Massage Therapist and a Massage Therapist Lead to join our growing team in Belmont. Massage Therapist and  Massage Therapist Lead- Monday to Friday roles

Full time roles providing on-site and in clinic, high-quality Massage services for private and corporate clients to meet the injury management and employee wellbeing requirements. The Massage Therapist Lead coordinates and grows the corporate wellness service and mentors a growing team of Massage Therapists.

Drive-in / drive-out and fly-in / fly-out rosters vary dependent on respective work sites.

What you need

• Diploma in Massage Therapy or higher and current professional association membership

• Past experience in leading and mentoring teams (as the Lead)

• Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence

• Ability to use electronic client management systems and MS suite

• Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Current 'C' Class Manual Driver's License with the ability to drive a manual light vehicle
