Range of salary ($66,000 - $85,000 depending on qualifications, skills set) full-time position.

Legally entitled to work in Australia, hold a valid working visa with permission to work - without sponsorship. 

Lasseters do not sponsor people before working alongside them for at least six months.

Qualification and Requirements:


  2. I have formal beauty and massage qualifications that enable me to work safely and successfully within Lavish Day Spa.
  3. The Beauty Massage Therapist is responsible for having a strong knowledge of all beauty and body treatments and massage treatments as required and daily operations to maintain a high level of service.
  4. Communicating with guests daily.
  5. Perform all beauty and body treatments and massage treatments as required and as specified by Lavish whilst maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all Babor products.
  6. Exceptional customer service skills and presentation skills.
  7. Promoting appropriate products to guests in order to assist with retail sales.
  8. Sound oral, written, computer and communication skills with the ability to support colleagues in the Spa team, ensuring that communication with guests is always managed professionally and positively.
  9. Answering all Beauty treatment-related enquiries.
  10. Recognising opportunities; driving visitation, spending and revenue growth; identifying client experience initiatives that lead to greater profitability, client satisfaction and growth.
