Massage Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our team, providing therapeutic and relaxation massage services to clients funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as well clients accessing the aged care package, Medicare and private funded clients.

We're looking for experienced Massage Therapists to join our amazing therapy team. We offer both remedial and relaxation massage, and ideally, you'll be confident in providing both. Additional skills such as pregnancy massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, or hot stone massage will be looked upon favourably.

Your role will focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting participants in achieving their physical wellbeing goals.

This is a casual role with a mix of clinic-based and in-home sessions. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients with varying physical needs, so flexibility, empathy, and clear communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver therapeutic massages tailored to each client's needs (pain relief, mobility support, stress reduction)

* Conduct home visits and in-office appointments as rostered

* Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly

* Maintain accurate client records and session notes (in line with NDIS requirements)

* Work collaboratively with other health professionals when needed

* Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols

* Represent the organisation professionally at all times

Requirements

* Diploma in Remedial Massage

* First Aid & CPR certification ( or willing to obtain)

* Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

* Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete upon commencement)

* Driver's licence and reliable transport (for mobile visits)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Experience working with people with disability is highly regarded

* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and comply with NDIS service standards
