TotalFusion Lions Springfield is seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty and Massage Therapist to join our spa team in a casual capacity, averaging 20+ hours per week, with availability required on at least one weekend day.

About the Role:

As part of our dynamic spa team, you'll deliver a range of expert treatments, from facials and skin therapies to remedial massage, in a calm, luxurious environment that supports our holistic approach to member and guest care. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who values both technical excellence and meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver professional beauty and massage treatments, including facials, skin therapies, and remedial massage


• Ensure every client receives an exceptional, personalised experience


• Maintain a clean, serene, and professional treatment space


• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, service, and presentation


• Work collaboratively with the Spa and broader TotalFusion team


• Engage with members in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner


• Demonstrate flexibility and weekend availability

What We're Looking For:


• Dual-qualified Beauty and Massage Therapist with current, relevant certifications


• Experience in a spa or wellness environment with strong technical capability in both treatment areas


• Passionate about health, wellness, and holistic care


• A calm, confident presence and a strong client-service mindset


• Excellent communication skills and high personal presentation


• Availability for 20+ hours per week, including at least one weekend day
