Are you ready to lead one of the City's most exciting digital transformation programs? This is your chance to shape how a local government connects with its community by delivering a brand-new, enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and related projects.
This is a career-defining role where you'll take the lead on a high-profile program of work, working with stakeholders at every level, coordinating vendors and embedding change that will transform customer experience for years to come.
Location: City of Melville Civic Centre
Salary: $131,066 to $142,492 pro-rata p.a. + 12% Super
Employment Type: 18-Month Contract, Full Time
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the City's new CRM platform from procurement through to implementation, integration and handover
- Work closely with business units to re-engineer processes and capture over 300 service request types
- Manage interdependent projects including the City's corporate website uplift and an integration platform rollout
- Oversee vendors, budgets, risks and reporting with a disciplined yet adaptive approach
- Drive adoption through change and communication strategies that put people and the community at the centre
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dynamic ICT project leader who thrives in complex environments and can balance structure with agility. You will bring:
- A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale ICT projects including Salesforce CRM implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills from frontline staff to executive leadership and vendors
- A sound grasp of business process re-engineering, integration, data governance and change management
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills with the ability to translate technical detail into business impact
- A collaborative, proactive and resilient style that builds trust and gets results
