Help shape the future of how the City of Melville delivers services to our community.
The City of Melville is embarking on an exciting Customer Experience Reimagined (CxR) Project, implementing a new enterprise CRM system that will transform how we connect with and support our community. To make this change a success, we're looking for an experienced Change Lead to guide staff, leaders, and stakeholders through this journey.
Location: City of Melville Civic Centre
Salary: $130,000 pro-rata p.a. + 12% Super
Employment Type: 18-Month Contract, Full Time
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the City's change management strategy and plan for the CRM implementation
- Partner with leaders to foster engagement, minimise resistance and drive adoption
- Ensure staff are supported with the right communications, training and tools
- Embed a customer-first culture and lasting behavioural change across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- A proven track record leading change in large, complex projects (CRM or enterprise systems highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering training, communications and change readiness activities
- A passion for enabling people to embrace change and continuously improve
