We're looking for a driven and hands-on 2IC (Assistant Manager) to help lead our front-of-house team, support venue operations and keep the good vibes rolling across rotating shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Venue Manager with daily operations across bar, dining & gaming
  • Leading and motivating staff across rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
  • Ensuring smooth service, compliance and top-tier guest experiences
  • Handling cash, stock control and end-of-day reports
  • Mentoring and developing team members to reach their potential

What You'll Bring

  • Previous hospitality leadership experience (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)
  • Current RSA & RCG
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
