Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
• Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences
• Assist in training, motivating, and mentoring team members
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in Front of House

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
• Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Must have the valid visa to work in Australia
