Position Overview:

We are looking for a confident and experienced 
Outbound Phone Appointment Setter

to engage warm leads and schedule introductory meetings with potential clients who have expressed interest in learning about their investment options. The ideal candidate will have a background in outbound sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people take the first step toward financial empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have shown interest in investment services
  • Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and interests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of speaking with our investment advisors
  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospective clients and our advisory team
  • Accurately record client interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a phone-based appointment setting role
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
  • Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus
