Job Summary:

Are you an expert in setting appointments? SSA is seeking a confident, highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone ready to hit the ground running and contribute to our mission of promoting a sustainable future through renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Follow up on warm leads provided by the sales team (There is NO COLD CALLING)

· Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email to arrange appointments for the sales team

· Build a rapport with clients, understand their needs and clearly communicate the benefits of SSA offerings

· Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointments in our system

· Provide potential clients with information about our solar energy solutions

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of appointments

· Meet or exceed weekly targets set by founder

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years' experience in sales including B2C sales, telemarketing, appointment setting

· Confident in upselling and negotiating

· Results driven and focused self-starter

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proven ability to engage potential clients and build rapport quickly

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

· Ability to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated

· A positive, "Can Do" attitude with a willingness to learn

· A noise-free environment, with access to a reliable internet connection, laptop/computer and phone

· Experience in the renewable energy sector is a highly regarded but not essential

Key Requirements:

· Must be available to meet with the founder for training purposes on an adhoc basis especially at the beginning stages

· Current Police check required or willingness to undergo prior to commencement. Employer will cover the costs of a Police check for successful candidate
