Micron Alarm Supplies is a well-established, Australian-owned security wholesaler, supplying a wide range of professional-grade products to the electronic security trade. We're currently seeking a full-time Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Hendra, QLD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in internal sales, trade counter service, or technical customer support—especially if you have an interest in alarms, CCTV, access control, or electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming sales enquiries (phone, email, walk-in)
  • Providing accurate advice on alarms, CCTV, intercoms, and access control systems
  • Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of our product range

You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in internal sales, retail/trade sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • A passion for technology or interest in the security/electronics industry
  • Solid attention to detail and time management
  • Confidence with computers and willingness to learn systems
