Your Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be a key player in connecting people and properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending and managing open homes
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting reference checks and tenant selection
  • Preparing lease agreements and bond documentation
  • Advertising and marketing rental properties
  • Assisting with ingoing and outgoing inspections and condition reports
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Supporting the property management team with administrative tasks

  • A current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate (required)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
