Hop Nation Brewing Co. isn't just about beer — it's about community, creativity, and doing things differently. What started as a pipe dream between two mates (Duncan & Sam) has, in just 11 years, grown into one of Australia's most loved and awarded craft breweries.

Our heart beats in Footscray, where our taproom pours fresh pints across 16 taps. Out east in Mornington, our production facility keeps the good times (and good beer) flowing.

Now, we're looking for a 
Sales Representative
 to join our crew in Melbourne, focusing on the CBD and South-East of Melbourne / Victoria.

Why this role rocks...

This isn't your run-of-the-mill sales gig. You'll be the face of Hop Nation in the trade — building relationships, creating opportunities, and making sure our beers are in the right hands (and glasses).

Your day-to-day might look like:

  • Sharing Hop Nation and our story with passion, energy, we drive a "relationship first" approach.
  • Growing an existing customer base while seeking out plenty of new opportunities.
  • Being the bridge between venues, bottleshops, and our team — making sure feedback, ideas, and vibes flow both ways.
  • Helping our brand shine at tastings, events, and festivals (yep, sometimes that means weekends).
  • Keeping things sharp with accurate reporting, and using the tools of the trade.

Who we're looking for...

You don't need to have lived and breathed beer sales already — we're open to fresh energy. Maybe you've worked in 
hospitality, retail, FMCG, or any role where relationships matter
 and you've got the passion and drive to leap into something.

We want someone who is:

  • A natural people-person — you know how to connect and make things happen.
  • Motivated, organised, and up for the challenge of hitting goals and building brands.
  • Curious about good beer and thirsty to learn.
  • Comfortable working solo on the road but also thrives as part of a team.
  • Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
