About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Manager to lead our Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Community Access teams.

You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred NDIS services that empower participants to achieve their goals and strengthen their independence.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference while shaping a positive team culture and driving service excellence.

Your Impact

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary NDIS team to achieve service and performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations across Support Coordination and Core Supports.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards.
  • Use local knowledge and sector experience to increase community connection opportunities for participants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including Mental Health, Finance and Community Programs — to deliver seamless participant outcomes.
  • Report on program performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to frontline service delivery.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a strong and compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

You'll have:

  • In-depth knowledge of the NDIS legislative and quality framework
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Community Services, with at least 3 years leading NDIS programs
  • Proven ability to supervise, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
  • Current QLD Driver's Licence and eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening & Blue Card
