Your role

We're seeking a Senior Project Officer to join the Infrastructure Strategy and Governance team within Corrective Services NSW. In this role, you'll lead complex, high-impact projects that support CSNSW's commitment to reducing adult reoffending and improving outcomes for people in custody and under supervision. You'll work across agency boundaries, building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver projects that align with our reform priorities and government targets.

What you'll do

As Senior Project Officer, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects that support strategic reforms across CSNSW.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
  • Undertake research and contribute to policy and service reform by providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver complex, interconnected initiatives.
  • Monitor project outcomes and evaluate implementation to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support the Strategic Partnerships team in building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
