About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our installation teams and customers. The role involves managing daily scheduling, processing solar and hot water STCs, coordinating suppliers and installers, and ensuring all compliance and documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in the renewable energy or hot water sector? We're looking for an Operations Administrator to join our growing team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily hot water and solar installations across multiple crews.
- Process Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with customers, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.
- Manage compliance paperwork and product warranties.
- Track job progress through to completion, updating internal systems accordingly.
- Support the operations team with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar operations or administration role within solar, plumbing, or hot water industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of STC processing and Clean Energy Regulator requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient with scheduling software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive team player with a well-developed attention to detail.
