We're searching for a high-performing, experienced, and proactive Operations & Logistics Lead to take charge of stock management, logistics, and order administration across our growing 3PL business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and efficiency — and takes pride in keeping operations and systems running seamlessly. You'll be trusted to own both the logistics and back-end order processes, ensuring every order is accurate, on time, and fully tracked.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics across multiple warehouse sites
  • Manage inbound/outbound freight, container scheduling, and transport bookings
  • Prepare, process, and finalize orders accurately in internal systems
  • Maintain stock control, reporting, and visibility across all locations
  • Lead stock takes, rework scheduling, and consumable management
  • Build and maintain automated reports and streamline processes using Excel and WMS
  • Communicate clearly with clients, warehouse teams, and transport partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL
  • Strong computer skills — WMS, Excel, and order management systems
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, automation)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail — accuracy is essential
  • Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative
