Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce technical delivery, providing direction and mentoring to developers and admins
  • Design and review solutions across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, PSS)
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and structured release management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with government frameworks
  • Foster continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team

About You

  • Strong experience in Salesforce development and solution design (Apex, LWC, Omnistudio, Visualforce)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and sharing rules
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Government experience or familiarity with digital service standards highly regarded
