Launch Group are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator looking to join a dynamic team supporting 15 Salesforce applications and managing the Change and Release function for a leading consulting firm based in Canberra.

  • Initial 3 month contract
  • On site 5 days per week
  • Due to the nature of this role, we are only able to consider candidates with Australian citizenship who hold current NVL1 clearance

About The Role
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in:

  • Supporting and enhancing multiple Salesforce applications
  • Managing change and release processes aligned with operational and compliance requirements
  • Documenting process improvements and liaising with stakeholders to drive service excellence
  • Ensuring SLA exceptions and Service Improvement Plans are tracked and actioned

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce: Custom Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules
  • Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards
  • Perform data management using Data Loader
  • Troubleshoot and track system errors
  • Manage users and deploy configurations across environments
  • Provide technical assistance and support for bugs and enhancements
  • Monitor and maintain the Salesforce environment (BAU activities)
  • Migrate and manage large, complex enterprise data structures
  • Engage with business units to gather requirements and understand processes
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Align change and release processes with customer expectations and ITIL best practices

Key Requirements

  • Due to the nature of this role, we are only able to consider candidates with Australian citizenship who hold current NVL1 clearance
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Experience with Public Sector Solution and Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Mandatory Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
