About Us:

We are a dynamic, customer-focused cafe dedicated to creating memorable experiences and top-quality coffee. We are seeking passionate, skilled baristas and cafe all-rounder who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service to both front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and cafe food

Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure equipment is maintained in excellent condition.

Maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area.

Interact with customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when preparing and serving orders.

Support team members with various tasks, including cashier duties, stocking supplies, and keeping the café tidy.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista and/or cafe all rounder is preferred. 

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality.
