About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager with a proven track record in managing mid-tier clients. The role is focused on retaining customers through relationship building and increasing share of wallet through value-add services.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, minimum 3-days in-office.
What you'll be doing
- Manage existing customer accounts
through quarterly reviews and regular meetings to identify initiatives and growth opportunities. - Minimise churn
by ensuring accounts are satisfied, engaged and growing with triSearch. - Facilitate client onboarding
: guiding new clients through setup and configuration of our software. - Build strong stakeholder relationships
to drive initiatives and advocate for clients. - Drive product adoption
through a client success mindset, consulting on solutions that add value.
What we're looking for
- Proven account management experience with mid-tier clients, uncovering up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Comfortable managing pipeline via calls, meetings and solution demos.
- 2–3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in legal or property technology.
- A growth mindset – eager to learn, be coached and achieve great things.
- Service-oriented with a consultative approach, able to secure buy-in and drive adoption.
- Familiarity with conveyancing or real estate workflows is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs and quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical info clearly.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new applications.
