Your Role

Join a growing business and make a real difference Were seeking multiple Workers' Compensation Consultants to join our high-energy team based in Boorloo (Perth).This is a dynamic role focused on injury management and supporting the optimal return to health for injured workers. Youll work with diverse stakeholders, respond to a high volume of calls, and provide expert guidance while delivering exceptional customer service.Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid work model, just two days in the office per week post-training. Were also open to part-time arrangements.

  • A resilient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • A customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
